Delays caused due to incomplete or incorrect information will not be our responsibility.
The client is responsible for reviewing and approving deliverables.
4. Pricing & Payments
Service charges are based on the nature and complexity of the project.
Advance payment may be required before project initiation.
Final deliverables may be shared only after full payment is completed.
5. Delivery Timelines
Timelines are estimated and depend on project scope.
We strive for timely delivery; however, delays due to external or unforeseen factors may occur.
6. Confidentiality
We maintain strict confidentiality of all client data and information. Any shared data will be used only for service-related purposes.
7. Data Accuracy & Liability
We rely on the data provided by clients; therefore, accuracy depends on the information shared.
International Consultancy Services shall not be liable for decisions made based on provided reports or analysis.
8. Intellectual Property
All client-provided data remains their property.
Reports and deliverables created may not be reused or redistributed without permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for:
Any indirect or consequential losses
Business decisions based on our consultancy
Delays caused by third parties or external factors
10. Termination of Services
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if:
Terms are violated
Payments are not completed
Services are misused
11. Amendments
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
